“SHINE”, an upscale event celebrating the Birthday of Dominic “Tru” Painter was held on July 16, 2003 as a benefit for The Midnight Forum not-for-profit youth program.

This music industry blow-out was one to remember, featuring music provided by NYC’s DJ Mark Ronson (Elektra Records) plus DC’s top mixers Sixth Sense (The Russ Parr Morning Show), Dirty Hands, and QuickSilver (WKYS, Q.I.C. Entertainment).
